On each sell, SMC tokens are burned into dead address securely and burn amount will decrease as the ratio of circulating amount decreases.

The other benefit to an everlasting burn of circulating supply is that due to the deflationary nature of it, equates to a higher value of each SMC token, therefore increasing the individual value.

Burning fee on sell will decrease as seen in the below table as the ratio of circulating amount decreases, to attract new investors with lower fees.
